1. WHAT APP ART IS
App Art means creating art using apps, in order to obtain art apps or artistic apps.
It also means separating art both from social routine and from art routines.
In other words, art apps are not to be confused with strictly commercial apps, or apps that just want to convey information, or just sell, advertise or measure user performances.
Alternatively (even if in some cases, some of the anterior objectives may be useful), as a central purpose, artistic apps search for sensations, perceptions, artistic senses of rational senses, rational senses of artistic senses, aesthetics, poetics, etc. In sum, art apps mainly aim art fruition, cultural knowledge and social participation.

An App Art’s work of art is an actual app, distributed in the following formats:
e-pub.
Kindle (Amazon).
Web App (HTML5).
Desktop apps: Windows and Mac app.
Mobile apps: Android and iOS.
WHAT APP ART IS FOR:
Art publics may use App Art works for:
Reading art, by:
changing interface languages (Português, Espanhol, Français, Italiano, English, Deutsch, Nederlands, Svenska, Norsk, Russian, Polsk, Român, Magyar, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, Turkish, etc.).
highlighting text, images, videos, 3D, games, virtual/augmented reality and other hybrimedia, or the respective information.
bookmaking parts of App Art works;
search inside a part or in the entire App Art work;
Google search for different kinds of information and sources about the content of an App Art work.
Wikipedia search for words' definitions or explanations.
Writing on art, through:
note-taking;
aggregating notes, bookmarks and highlights into a PDF;
copying to the clipboard and paste to a Word document.
