Building Compassion, One Hygiene Kit at a Time
One of the cornerstones of Project Downtown Tampa's commitment to serving our homeless community is our regular Hygiene Drives. Throughout the semester, we gather to create hygiene bags filled with essential items that can make a world of difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness. These bags contain a wide range of items, including shampoo, conditioners, razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, feminine products, hand sanitizers, and so much more. It's our way of providing a bit of comfort and care to our fellow Tampa residents who need it most.

Our Hygiene Drives offer a unique opportunity for students, volunteers, and community members to come together, pooling their efforts for a cause that truly matters. Beyond the tangible impact we make with these hygiene bags, these events also provide a platform for individuals to connect, share stories, and build lasting friendships.
Volunteers are the essential to our organization, and your participation in these drives is not only appreciated but also crucial.
