Student Registration CLOSED and Schedule Finalized

We are NO LONGER ACCEPTING student registrations. Registration for PCRSF 2026 closed the week of March 10, 2026.

Requests for last minute registration(s) can be sent to Kristen Blanchette by email (kblanchette@hpsd.ca). Any questions, comments, or concerns can be sent her way, too.

PCRSF 2026 is scheduled for March 25, 2026 in Peace River. For a detailed schedule of the day, please have a look HERE. And please NOTE: parents, supporters, and other members of the public are welcome during the public viewing in the morning (9:00 am - 10:30 am) and at the Awards Ceremony in the evening (5:45 pm - 6:30 pm). For the remainder of the day the event space is restricted to student participants, judges, and teacher chaperones.

We look forward to welcoming you in Peace River on the 25th!

Safety and Ethical Guidelines Posted

For any student, teacher, or mentor that is looking for information regarding safety or ethics of your science fair project, please have a look at THIS DOCUMENT prepared by members of the PCRSF committee and based upon the standards championed by Youth Science Canada. Schedule Posted

With just over three weeks until this year's Peace Country Regional Science Fair, the organizers are excited to share the day's schedule with you all! Please have a look at the details over on the Schedule Page and don't forget to complete your registration before the deadline of 11:59 PM on March 10.

We are looking forward to hosting you at the Catholic Conference Centre in Peace River on Wednesday, March 25th. See you all very soon!

Student Registration NOW OPEN; PCRSF Poster Available

Great news! Student registration for PCRSF 2026 is NOW OPEN. Please click over to the student registration page and find the link to the Google Form to complete your registration. The DEADLINE to submit your registration is Monday, MARCH 10, 2026 at 11:59 pm. 📢 PCRSF 2026 Date ANNOUNCED

Mark your calendars! 🗓️

Wednesday, March 25, 2026 is the (tentative) date for the 2026 edition of the PCRSF. Once again Peace River will host the northwest's top young scientists for a full day of science and celebration.

Please keep this page bookmarked, as it will be where we share details of the event as they become available over the coming months.

Additionally, school registration is NOW OPEN. If you are a teacher that is thinking of bringing students to the event, please head over HERE to let the organizers know. Filling out the school registration helps the organizers plan and prepare the best possible event for everyone.
