After you receive Instrument Rental/Maintenance Agreement with instrument assignment, return the form to Mr. Buggs with payment. DO NOT PAY FEE BEFORE INSTRUMENT ASSIGNMENT!  Due to the limited supply of school instruments, all instruments are reserved for band participants only. (Non-performing students must obtain instrument via parent purchase or renting from a outside source.) Must be cleared by the front office clerks.  All payments will be made via School Cash Online.  Copy of receipt, along with signed/filled out contract should be turned in to Mr. Buggs  prior to instrument retrieval.
