• Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your dates.

• Accepted payment methods: Venmo, Zelle, Cash

• For new clients, payment will be due on the day of the meet and greet. 

• Services are not confirmed until payment is received.

All first-time clients must upload a current and valid government-issued photo ID before service begins.

Your ID will be:

• Stored securely

• Never shared or sold

• Deleted after your first booking is complete, unless required by law

By submitting your ID through the intake form, you consent to this policy. This ensures safety and professionalism in every home I enter.

• Required before your first booking

• Complimentary visit to meet your pet(s), review routines, and confirm compatibility

• Services will not proceed without a completed Meet & Greet

• Can be book as a package or as a stand-alone. Please note that acceptance of stand-alone overnights are subject to availability.

• For repeat or trusted clients only

• Overnight Hours: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Additional pets fee and holiday fees apply

• $10/day for one additional dog/cat
  
  

• $15/day for 2+ pets (includes dogs/cats)
  
  

• $5/day: if only adding other small species of pet family members: 

• Birds, Bunnies, Hamsters

• Small non-venomous lizards (bearded dragons, turtles) 

Applies to pets needing extra care, time, or supervision, including:

• Medication (oral/topical)

• Post-surgery or recovery support

• Extra potty breaks or walks

• Mobility, anxiety, or senior care

• Hand feeding, syringe feeding, or specialized monitoring

• Complex reptile habitat care

A flat $20 fee per booking applies if any part of your scheduled service falls on a major U.S. holiday.

This helps reserve time during high-demand periods and ensures reliable care when others may not be available.

Holidays include:

• New Year’s Eve / Day

• Easter

• Memorial Day

• Veteran's Day

• Juneteenth

• Independence Day

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving

• Christmas Eve / Day

• Core service areas  are as seen in the Service Area maps 

• Out-of-area requests (up to 20 miles beyond) may be accepted based on availability

• Travel Fee: $10–$20/day, depending on distance

Standard bookings:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the service start date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be refunded 50% of the total booking cost.
  
  

Holiday bookings:

• Require 7 days' notice for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 7 days of a holiday start date are non-refundable.
  
  

After service start date:

• All services are non-refundable, even if plans change or you return early.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel service if:

• A pet shows unsafe aggression

• The home is unsafe or unsanitary

• Information provided is incomplete, misleading, or inaccurate.
