The Meet & Greet is a short, complimentary visit (typically 15–30 minutes) before your first booking. It’s designed to:
Help your pets get to know me in a relaxed, familiar setting
Walk through your pet’s daily routine (feeding, potty breaks, walks, meds, etc.)
Review your intake form and confirm any special needs or requests
Discuss home access, emergency contact info, and vet instructions
Ensure your pet is non-aggressive and comfortable with in-home care
Build trust — for both you and your pets!
📌 Please have your pet’s usual supplies visible and your completed intake form submitted beforehand if possible.
📌 For safety and consistency, Meet & Greets are required for all first-time clients before services begin.

I usually respond within a day—often sooner! If it’s time-sensitive, just add “Urgent” to the subject.
I typically respond within 8- 24 hours during the school year (September - May). If your message is time-sensitive, feel free to mark it as “Urgent.”
