If COVID-19 is spreading in your community, stay safe by taking some simple precautions, such as physical distancing, wearing a mask, keeping rooms well ventilated, avoiding crowds, cleaning your hands, and coughing into a bent elbow or tissue. Check local advice where you live and work. Do it all!
True leadership is the self-confidence you have in yourself. That self-confidence transforms him into a leader. Also, a true leader is not satisfied with the knowledge he has and seeks new knowledge and creates new knowledge. Unselfishly sharing that new knowledge freely with others. Also, a true leader is not born on the basis of a position, but a true leader is born on the basis of his own personality.
