Candidate(Paul Tunai) Industry Expert, Verifier and RPL Assessor

Several important roles are involved in the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment and certification role-play scenario: the Verifier, the Industry Expert, the RPL Assessor  and the candidate (Paul Tunai).

RPL Assessor: The main duty of the RPL Assessor is to compare Paul's prior job experience, knowledge and abilities to the prerequisites of the certification he is pursuing. Paul is asked to show how his prior work relates to the competencies listed in the qualification by the assessor during the evaluation. The Assessor provides feedback and direction during the process to make sure Paul satisfies the requirements for certification based on his experience.

Verifier: The Verifier is in charge of making sure the evaluation procedure is impartial, reliable and compliant with applicable requirements. In this capacity, the Verifier confirms the validity and dependability of Paul's evidence and cross-checks the RPL Assessor's assessment. To guarantee quality and openness.

Industry Expert: The Industry Expert offers confirmation and insights about Paul's experience's applicability and relevance to the most recent industry standards.
