Our Story

Enrico Niedo RN, BSN is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Pathmapper.  

Enrico is currently a Clinical Practice Consultant at a large health authority in the Lower Mainland. He provides education, consultation and support to clinicians and staff to develop in their roles. He does this by teaching classes on mentorship, developing clinical and professional competency and skills tools and advancing education through enhancing different education modalities and giving educators access and training to these modalities.

Prior to entering the medical field, he has worked in different private companies in manufacturing, trades and the movie theatre industry. He was in a similar role of enhancing leadership skills in these companies.

I have always been interested in providing people the best educational experience and career transition when starting a role. He has also supported people within these companies as they look to see what is the best fit for the skillset. He is passionate about learning technologies and the journeys people take to grow their careers. 

A bit more about my credentials

• 14 years in the Healthcare and Clinical Leadership environment

• 1 year formal training in Disaster Management (Royal Roads University)

• 6 years in the movie theatre and customer service experience

• 1 year  in the manufacturing sector

• 6 months in the trades (Brick Block Stone Marble and Tile Craft Apprentice - BAC Local 2)
