A robust target market
The target market for this venture are adult learners who are currently wanting to grow in their roles (upskill) or move into a higher wage role (reskill). Currently 12 million people are expected to do transition into a new role. This includes upskilling or reskilling to a different role from their current role
AI Utilization and AI First business model
In its inception, Pathmapper is first and foremost an AI product as a service (PaAS). This allows staffing, budgeting, and scalability to be considered with AI as the central product. We can also predict that our core business will be course creation but with the by-product of data collection of user preferences and demographics, algorithm creation to maintain engagement and innovation.
A robust staffing model
For this we are requiring a simple start team, of an operations manager with a technology background, a lead education consultant, an AI learning engineer, a software programmer, a teacher with ADHD certification to start with realizing our vision.
Strategic Priorities of Pathmapper includes:
Growing the customer base
Continuing to offer courses that serve as adjunct education for the time being
Stabilizing the technology being offered
Maintain a lead in research and development of multi-modality learning
Subscription Model
The subscription model is built on growing the customer base in the initial stages and to have people use Pathmapper as their AI reskilling and upskilling assistant.
