NJ DOE professional development provider
PCSCA is a recognized NJ DOE professional development provider. Public school counselors must earn PD hours per NJ DOE rules. PCSCA meetings provide knowledge not only of our host institutions but also of the selected topic for that month. PCSCA strives to bring in speakers with knowledge to share with our school counselors at all levels: elementary, middle, & high school. All meeting attendees will be provided with a certificate of hours earned at the conclusion of the meeting.

NJSCA's Fall Conference 2024 was held at the Crowne Plaza in Edison on October 11 & 12. The conference included professional development sessions, a luncheon, exhibitors, and a key note speaker. Two PCSCA members, Dana Lambert and Melissa Csengeto, presented a session: "Supporting Your Students Who are LGBTQI+".
NJSCA's Spring Conference 2025 was held at Kean University on April 11.
