• Meeting reminders are automatically sent by Google to the email you provided when you registered, and Google Calendar invitations are sent from PCSCAMembership@gmail.com to all who have registered. 

• Please RSVP to meetings by the date requested. RSVPs are not accepted after the advertised date.  While we always want to have as many members as possible attend our meetings, please note that we may not be able to accommodate members who arrive on the day without having RSVPed. Our hosts plan and prepare based on our RSVP numbers.  

• Please arrive promptly. Check-in is 3:30 to 4:00 pm.

• Please be an active participant and attentive listener.  We have arranged for a variety of hosts and speakers for your professional development. It is expected that speakers are given your undivided attention.

• In case of a meeting cancellation, all members who have RSVPed for that meeting will be notified by e-mail.  Individual members who sign up to attend but then find they are unable to do so are expected to email pcscamembership@gmail.com.
