Section 3 | Probationary Phase

During the Community Moderation Probationary Phase, Probationary Moderators are restricted to only Discord Moderation. Here, Probationary Moderators are expected to learn the ins and out of how the Community Moderation Team functions. 

The Probationary Moderator Phase is a 4 week long process, in which they will be assessed weekly for the following:

• Overall activity and community engagement.

• Adherence to the Code of Conduct and upholding the Moderator Ethos. 

• Ability to successfully moderate with justified punishments.

• Aptitude to work efficiently in a team environment. 

Over this 4 week assessment period, Probationary Moderators are expected to moderate as a Community Moderator would.
