All Moderation Personnel are officially incorporated into the Manufacturing Department under an independent sub-division. Henceforth, all directions issued to moderation staff originate from the Founders and Manufacturing Site Director, which formulate oversight of all moderation activities in a hands-off approach, only stepping in when needed through queries by senior moderation.
The Lead Moderator is tasked with the coordination of the procedural implementation of policy into day-to-day moderation activities while also handling the division's human resources, recruitment procedures, maintenance of the guidelines, and engagement with the community.
A small collection of Senior Moderators are tasked with managing subordinate moderation staff, handling appeals, responding to incidents, and leading their respective division - Game Moderation, Discord Moderation, Community Engagement or Selections. The position of Senior Moderator is capped at 4. Elevation to Senior Moderator occurs at the sole discretion of the Manufacturing Site Director and Lead Moderator .
Mentors make up a critical component of the Community Moderation Team, whose duty is to create a welcoming introduction to the Community Moderation Team and pave the path of successful future Community Moderators. Mentors are in place to ensure that Probationary Moderators receive assistance from reliable sources and so they do not feel pressured with new moderation tasks. They have shown dedication and proven their excellent moderation skills, which should be shared with Probationary Moderators.
Community Moderators and Probationary Moderators are tasked with community engagement and ensuring peace and order is maintained within the primary communications server as well as the Paragon site through the enforcement of regulations.
* Note; Community Moderators and mentors do not have any authority over Probationary Moderators.
The Community Moderators are divided into 4 different teams, allowing communication and events to be hosted smoothly and often. Each team is led by a Mentor and consists of Community Moderators and Probationary Moderators. Teams are expected to thoroughly communicate with one another to determine justified punishments for users and to host gamenights for the community.
