Hi, I'm Michela and now I'll tell you a little about myself.
I was born in a small town in the heart of Langhe called Cissone on November 11th, 1995. I spent my childhood immersed in the woods and nature. After a first year of agriculture, in high school, I decided to commit myself to something more challenging and I opted into a linguistic high school where I studied English, French and German. Not graduated yet, fed up with school dynamics, I decided I wanted to do something to change the world in my own small way.
And here's a summary of my journey:
In 2014, I became the tourism councilor of my town;
In 2015 I had a 5-month experience in Switzerland to improve my German and discover the world in my own way;
In 2016 I founded the company "I Servizi delle Stelle" and I collaborated with small companies with high quality products in the world of organic and biodynamic agriculture to grow their business. Over the years, I have collaborated and coordinated with 5 companies in the field including SRL, ETS and ONLUS. I have dealt with marketing, event organization, training, publishing, management of a biodynamic certification brand, associates, optimization of business processes, digitization, commercial strategies, coordination of resources, regional fundraising, accreditation processes and management of the organic certification of the shop;
In 2017 I joined the GDG Turin as an organizer in the communication team and started a collaboration with Collisioni festival in Barolo;
In 2018, I fully entered the world of communities, I began my journey within the GDG Bari becoming community lead and Women Techmaker Ambassador;
In 2019 I became organizer in the GDG Trento, in Italian Community Managers Summit, ngRome and FlutterExp. I was re-elected tourism councilor;
In 2020 I became community manager in GrUSP, I coordinated the national PUG communities and together with the team I organized about fifteen events per year in the field of web development (phpday, jsday, angularday, rubyday, Incontro DevOps Italia etc);
In 2021 I joined the TEDxCuneo team and I became lead of the Partnership team in addition to collaborating the implementation of the DInA Tech Hub project;
In 2022 I started a new project dedicated to Cissone by opening an instagram page, I started traveling extremely assiduously to attend conferences and events around Italy and to bring my contribution as an organizer and speaker.
I deeply believe in the values of respect, sharing and collaboration. I am deeply convinced that thanks to these values and by immersing ourselves in the world of communities we can grow both from a personal and professional point of view in the most complete, fast and impactful way possible.
Through sharing and constructive comparison we have the opportunity to improve. I think this is the most beautiful thing we can do in our existence. We don't just experience our reality, but experience it through that of other people, broadening our perception, trying to grasp the nuances that we would never have been able to grasp on our own. I think this makes us grow exponentially.
Beware, opening up to the world does not mean losing one's identity, on the contrary. It means confirming it, building it, perfecting it and constantly improving it.
Here is an interview in which I talk a little about myself and my journey (in italian)

I love the world of conferences and public speaking, I always try to make everything I have learned in my journey available at the events in which I participate.
Diversity, community, growth and sharing are the values on which I base my projects which I always carry forward with great enthusiasm and energy.
