3. Delivered Keynote on " राजभाषा हिंदी तथा भाषा प्रौद्योगिकी" at South Western Railway (Mysuru Division, office of DRM) as Chief Guest on 23.09.2021. 

4. Delivered an invited talk on राजभाषा-हिंदी कार्यान्वयन - सैद्धान्तिक, व्यवहारिक तथा तकनीकी पक्ष (केंद्र सरकार के कार्यालयों हेतु) at Central Sericultural Research & Training Institute (CSRTI) Mysore on 08.09.2021. 

5. Moderated a session on 'Promotion of Regional Languages for National Integration ' organized by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti ( An Autonomous Body under Minsitry of Education) on 5th August 2021. 

2020

1. Delivered an invited talk on "मातृभाषा शिक्षण तथा भाषा प्रौद्यौगिकी:  चुनौतियाँ तथा अवसर  {राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 में भारतीय (मातृ)भाषाओं के संदर्भ में}" at Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya, Wardha on  29th September 2020 in Webinar tilted "महात्मा गाँधी के आधुनिक भारत की कल्पनाः भारतीय बहुभाषा एंव भारतीय भाषा अभियांत्रिकी" 

2. Delivered a keynote on "हिंदी, भारतीय भाषायें तथा भाषा प्रौद्योगिकी" at Regional Institute of Mysore on 14th September 2020 as Chief Guest on the occasion of Hindi Diwas. 

3.  Delivered an invited talk on uses of Use of Digital Tool in Implementation of Official Language (Hindi) in  Regional Institute of Mysore, Mysore on 19th Feb 2020.

4.  Chaired a Session in National Conference in titled “Documentation of   Lesser-Known Languages: Deliberation and Medium” at Central Institute of Hindi and Central Institute of Indian Languages, Mysore from 2020, 12-13 February.

1.  Delivered a keynote Lecture as Chief Guest on 14th September 2016 on Role and Relevance of Hindi in the 21st Century on the occasion of Hindi Pakhwada Celebration at Reserve Bank of India (Printing Press), Mysore, Karnataka.

2. Delivered a talk on a five-day orientation programme for the ST teachers of Meghalaya on Introductory Phonetics and Phonology for Language Teachers in July 2016 in NEHU, Shilong.
