About Me

I currently work as L-JRO (Group "A", Gazetted ) at Central Institute of Indian Languages, Mysore Department of Higher Education, Language Bureau, Ministry of Education, Government of India, Manasagangotri, Hunsur Road, Mysore 570006. 

I supervise research and material development activities in the area of language teaching & testing for Indian languages; the development of educational technology tools and software, and professional Hindi to Govt. of India officials in Mysore, Karnataka region. 

My research interest fall in the area of phonetics, phonology, sociolinguistics, endangered languages, and language and educational technology. 

Previously, I worked as Assistant Professor (NLP and Linguistics) at Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University, Wardha, Maharashtra; as Teaching Assistant (Linguistics) at IIT Ropar; and, as Assistant Professor (English and Linguistics) at GLA University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
