We challenged the Scientific Committee to conduct a double-blind review at the Paleo Spring Meeting.

To reduce the possibility of bias at the time of review, we hid the identity of the reviewers and removed all identifying elements of the authors of the submitted manuscripts. We considered this the fairest method for peer review work in a conference context and have had excellent results.
