Expenses which qualify for reimbursements:
All required and elective belt loop and pins
Parent ribbons and parent pins
Class-B t-shirts for scouts
Class-B t-shirts for Den Leaders, Cubmaster, Asst. Cubmaster
Printing and supplies for whole pack meetings (recruiting flyers, posters, popcorn sales, etc.)
LG Parade expenses to improve go-karts, floats, decorations
Camping reservations and food for pack-wide trips
Expenses which should be shared by Den members:
(Den Leaders can request donations from parents in each den to cover costs)
Den meeting supplies (snacks, museum tours, bird house kits, etc.)
Den-only camping reservations and food
Materials needed for den-specific community service project
Expenses for which individual scouts/families are responsible:
Yearly dues
Uniform and associated council/pack/den patches (“556”, “Den 3”, “Silicon Valley Monterey Bay Council” patch)
Handbook
All trips, unless otherwise funded by the pack. E.g., USS Hornet registration, Tiger Camp Safari, Shooting Days, Scoutarama entrance fees, etc.
