Lions through Bears wear their earned Adventure Loops on the CubScout belt. I suggest the buckle be the generic Cub Scout belt with the wolf instead of the den specific buckle.
Webelos pins are worn on an item called "Webelos Colors" on the right sleeve of the tan uniform shirt or they may be placed on the Webelos hat.
Lets start with Shoulder Loops! Only Webelos Scouts and Cub Scout Leaders wear Shoulder Loops. These loops are the standard blue Shoulder Loops.
The Cub Scout Outdoor Activity Award patch is worn directly on the right pocket flap! Any pins earned from the Summertime Pack Award will be pinned directly to your Cub Scout Outdoor Activity Award patch!
The right pocket placement is where temporary Patches go. Cub Scouts can wear any Scouting patch of their choice here! Only one temporary patch can be worn at time. Patches that contain a button loop are hung from the right pocket button behind the pocket flap. Some examples of patch worn here are Cub Scout pack patches, day Camp patches, or cool Camping patch!

This spot of reserved for the Recruiter Patch Recruiter Patches are given to Scouts that bring another person to join Scouting! The patch is worn centered directly below the right pocket.
LEFT POCKET: Centered, in a diamond shape with Bobcat on top, Wolf on wearer's right, Bear on left, Tiger on bottom. This is appropriate for the blue uniform shirt.
Note: Upon earning the Webelos badge and changing to a tan uniform shirt, the rank patches are replaced with the oval Webelos rank patch. If your Scout is a Webelos and just earned Bobcat, the Bobcat patch can be worn until they earn the Webelos Rank. At that point the Bobcat patch is removed and only the oval Webelos rank patch is worn:
Arrow of Light is sewn on the LEFT POCKET, tan shirt: Sewn centered below pocket. This award is the only patch worn by both Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA, and patch placement is the same for both.
RIGHT SLEEVE: Just below the Den Number (alternately above the patrol patch.) Displays the Adventure Pins that the Scout has earned. There is no particular preference or order to the pin placement.
To the right are some examples of Adventure Pins:
RIGHT POCKET: Sewn beneath. Awarded if the Scout successfully brings a new member into the Pack.
RIGHT POCKET temporary patch: May be worn centered on the right pocket. (Although it appears pocket flap shaped, it is not worn on the flap, but on the pocket itself.)
Recommended: Place on red vest.
This is used in Packs that have more then one den type, for example 2 Tiger dens.
RIGHT SLEEVE: Below US Flag. This identifies the Den the Scout belongs to.
LEFT SLEEVE: Sewn below position patch. Shows completion of basic training for adult leaders, patrol leader, Den Chiefs, etc. On the newer style shirt that has a pocket on the left sleeve, the patch is sewn on the pocket flap.
Yes Who knew... There is an official vest that cubs can wear to show off all their patches that cannot be officially worn on the Cub Scout uniform.
So let's put our Polar Bear and Camp George Thomas Camp patches here!
