The TrailsEnd App is you go to resource for all things popcorn. The app is used for all types of sales, checking your scouts progress, signing up for show and sell shifts, and more!
Downloading the app is super easy and can be downloaded through any app store or by texting APP to 62771.
Before doing sales make sure you have downloaded the app and familiarized yourself with its features.

Most of your questions can be answered by watching this video.
Download the app to your device. Create a user name for each child. Multiple children can be enrolled under one e-mail, but each will have their own username and password. This will allow you to keep their accounts separate, but access them through the same general account.
Set your child's goal. Click the three lines on the left to expand the navigation menu. Click "Rewards".
Prize goals can be edited either by:
Clicking the pencil, entering a points amount, then clicking "edit goal". Goal can be changed as many times as you want.
Scrolling through the points and prize suggestions and clicking the heart to choose a prize. Please remember you are working towards gift cards to purchase the item, not the specific item.
Play around! The app is pretty easy to use. Play around with it's buttons and features to familiarize yourself with it.

Open the app and toggle to the scout being signed up.
At the bottom of the screen click the storefront image.
Move through the calendar to select the desired date. Possible dates will have a blue square around them.
Click the date and click "view shifts" for the location you are signing up.
Click the sign up button, review the information, and confirm by clicking sign up again.
The shift will now appear on the scout's dashboard under My Storefront Shifts.
Open the app and toggle to the scout being signed up.
At the bottom of the dashboard click the Wagon Sales icon. Click the Start Sale button.
Check which items are being purchased. Once all items are added proceed to checkout.
If payment is being made by credit or debit enter payment information.
If payment is being made with cash or check, accept the payment and record it as a cash payment.
Remind them that the order will be delivered sometime in December. The exact date will be available at a later date.
At the end of popcorn season, all take orders will need to be entered in before the end date. Payments not made by credit or debit would need to be paid either to directly to Eileen or you can pay with a credit or debit card directly on the app.

If the product is on hand give them the product, and make sure that you indicate that the product has been delivered.
If you don't have the product on hand mark that the item has not been delivered. Then remind them that the order will be delivered sometime in December. The exact date will be available at a later date.
