Scout Oath
On my honor, I will do my best
to do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law;
to help other people at all times;
to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake and morally straight.
Scout Law
A Scout is:
Trustworthy,
Loyal,
Helpful,
Friendly,
Courteous,
Kind,
Obedient,
Cheerful,
Thrifty,
Brave,
Clean,
and Reverent.
Our primary goal is to create a positive and nurturing environment for all our Scouts. We do this by creating an inclusive, positive and respectful atmosphere where all our Scouts can learn and grow together. The Scout Oath and Scout Law provide the framework for our behavioral expectations.
A Scout is Trustworthy
A Scout knows the difference between right and wrong and is expected to be honest in all they do. Tell the truth and keep your promises so others can depend on you.
A Scout is Helpful
Scouts should always strive to help other people at all times, even if it means helping without getting a reward.
A Scout is Friendly
Be a friend to everyone, even those who are different than you. Pack 11 seeks to create a safe and diverse atmosphere for all Scouts and families.
A Scout is Courteous
Be polite and use good manners. Be respectful towards others at all times.
A Scout is Kind
Treat others how you would like to be treated. Bullying and/or hazing of any kind should never occur. (For more information, click here.)
A Scout is Clean
Strive to keep your body and mind fit and help to keep your environment clean as well. St. Luke UMC has graciously allowed us the opportunity to use their facility for our meetings. Always be sure to leave the church better than you found it.
