Recruiter Strip
When Scouts are having a great time they naturally want to invite friends who are not involved to join. To recognize those Cub Scouts who recruit a friend to join the pack, they may earn the Recruiter Strip. This patch is worn on the bottom left pocket of the uniform.
Religious Emblems
"A Scout is Reverent"
Most of the major religious bodies in the United States have programs to recognize Cub Scouts who demonstrate faith, observe their creeds or principles, and give service.
The Religious Emblem, typically a medal, is not a Scouting award; however, it may be worn on the upper left pocket of the Cub Scout uniform.
Pictured at left is a Religious Knot, for youth, worn centered above the left pocket of the uniform to represent that a religious emblem has been earned.

While not an official Cub Scouts award, Super Achiever Awards can be earned by completing all available adventures for a rank. These are considered "temporary" patches and can be worn on the right pocket like other temporary patches, or collected.
The Resource Stewardship Scout Ranger program invites Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts to participate in educational and/or volunteer service projects at national park sites to spark their awareness of the national parks and to provide Scouts with the opportunity to explore the national parks and learn more about protecting our natural and cultural resources. Scouts are awarded certificates and or patches for participating in the program.
Scouts can earn a certificate or patch by participating in:
organized educational programs.
volunteer service projects.
