We are a Start-up based in a M.I.D.C. near Pune. We are a group of well qualified engineers with experience in and passion towards collegiate motorsports teams participating in various activities in India. Goal of our organization will be towards ease of participation for such teams and to help them improve their quality, performance, ease of procurement and manufacturing standards.
Yes, of course we are one of you guys, specially our founder Mr Pratik Palse. We share the same passion for 'the triangular grid setup' or 'the excitement while our buggy is attempting suspension and traction event or maneuverability event' or 'the goosebumps we experience when results are about to be announced and our team is expecting this award' and most saddening part for all of us is 'the feeling of disappointment we face when we miss on a award we thought we deserved.'

Our Founder
PACE - Pulse Advanced Components and Engineering is dream come true for our founder Mr Pratik Palse. He has been part of Team Endurance Racing under Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, which is 8 years old official team for SAE India BAJA, Enduro Student India (formerly Baja Student India - BSI) and SAE Rochester World Challenge 2016. Pratik has participated in and guided many teams in their activities and has extended this opportunity towards teams spanning India through this start up.

Let me tell you something about my journey in BAJA, I was introduced to idea of BAJA in my 2nd semester and after that it remains one of best things happened to me ever. I have been part of the journey where we as a team started many introductory projects like manual CVT back shifting, Custom brake calipers and rotors, space grade aluminum components, carbon fiber driveshafts and body works. The journey itself is beautiful and I want to help you guys to make it more innovative and challenging. I am really looking forward to doing business with you."

Any organizations success is direct result of the organizational attitude of its core team. To maintain balance between passion for motorsports and quality standards and today's industry practices, we have already assembled a team of multi disciplinary members as our advisory committee and will be recruiting passionate and hardworking ground team members. We are both happy and bound to serve you at our best.
