When the channel is approved

For gameplay, purchase, privacy, consent or accessibility help, provide the game version, device model, approximate time, affected screen and a concise description. Do not send passwords, full purchase tokens, raw receipts, signatures, payment-card details, bank details, private keys or unrelated personal data.

Purchases and subscriptions

Google Play manages checkout, refunds and subscription cancellation. The optional pro.monthly subscription does not gate the core campaign. Players should use Google Play subscription management for cancellation and the applicable Google Play order/refund path for purchase issues.

Local recovery

Progress is stored locally. Where available, use the in-game reset only when local progress should be erased. Clearing app data or uninstalling may permanently remove local progress because cloud save and Android backup are not provided.
