Privacy Policy
YOYO Stock is a local-first inventory management app for Android and iOS. The app stores product names, SKUs, barcodes, QR values, quantities, reserved stock, purchase records, delivery notes, customers, suppliers, stocktake counts, ledger entries, locations, cost values, selling prices, reports, local backups, and settings on the user's device.
YOYO Stock does not require a YOYO account. YOYO Stock does not automatically upload inventory data, product lists, stock quantities, purchase records, delivery notes, reports, backups, customer details, supplier details, or search text to a YOYO server.
Camera permission is requested only for barcode and QR scanning features. Scan results are used inside the app for inventory lookup and stock operations.
Reports, CSV files, Excel-compatible files, PDF files, and encrypted backups are generated locally. These files are shared only when the user chooses a destination through the operating system share sheet, file picker, or document export flow.
The free version may display Google AdMob banner ads and user-initiated rewarded ads. Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform may process data such as IP address, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics, performance data, approximate location inferred from IP address, and consent choices for advertising, fraud prevention, security, measurement, and consent management, depending on the user's region and privacy choices. YOYO Stock does not send product names, SKUs, stock quantities, customer details, supplier details, reports, backup files, or inventory search text to Google AdMob.
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store, StoreKit, Google Play, and Google Play Billing. YOYO Stock receives entitlement status such as active Pro access, subscription status, lifetime purchase status, and available cancellation, expiration, or revocation signals. YOYO Stock does not receive full payment card details.
Users can delete local inventory data inside the app where available, clear local app storage through the operating system, or remove the app from the device. Because YOYO Stock does not maintain user accounts or cloud-synced user profiles, there is no server-side account deletion process.
Terms of Use
YOYO Stock is an inventory and stock operation tool for small businesses. It is not accounting, tax, legal, financial, warehouse automation, payment processing, or professional business advice.
Inventory values, landed cost, profit estimates, ABC analysis, turnover, low-stock suggestions, expiry reminders, purchase suggestions, and reports are operational estimates. Users are responsible for checking SKUs, quantities, costs, prices, dates, locations, reports, exports, and backups before using them for business records, accounting, tax, purchasing, delivery, or customer communication.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple App Store or Google Play before the end of the current billing period. Lifetime purchases unlock the current paid feature set for the purchasing account and do not renew. Refunds, cancellations, and subscription management follow Apple App Store or Google Play rules.
Users may not use the app for unlawful activity, store unlawful content, interfere with ads or purchases, bypass platform rules, reverse engineer protected app components, or attempt to disrupt the app or related services.

用户不得将本 App 用于违法行为、存储违法内容、干扰广告或购买、规避平台规则、逆向工程受保护的 App 组件，或试图破坏 App 及相关服务。
