In-App Request
Navigate to Settings > Privacy > Delete Account in the App.
Follow the steps to confirm your deletion request.
Email Request
Alternatively, email us at hello@ovicoapp.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include the following:
Full Name.
Registered Email Address.
Reason for Data Deletion (optional).
We process data deletion requests within 30 days. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion.
