BUSINESS TOOLKIT

The Time2Act Missouri Business Toolkit aims to help businesses, organizations, and employers take simple, practical steps to prevent overdose deaths and support healthier workplaces. Emergency responders are increasingly called to workplaces for suspected opioid overdoses. Immediate access to naloxone can save lives while waiting for EMS to arrive.

Naloxone is an essential addition to any AED or first aid kit. It is FDA approved, safe even if an overdose is uncertain, available as an easy-to-use nasal spray, and available over the counter in Missouri.

This toolkit encourages businesses to:

• Add naloxone to workplace first aid or emergency kits

• Train employees on overdose response

• Support employee recovery and wellbeing

• Include overdose response in workplace safety plans

The toolkit includes:

• Social media graphics

• Infographic

• Wallet cards

Share these graphics on social media or through any digital platform to spread awareness and reduce barriers for someone seeking support. Download any of the designs below to share so your workplace is prepared for overdose emergencies. You can also use any of the suggested caption options as accompanying language. 

Find the graphic(s) you would like to share to your social account. On a computer, right click and select "Save As". On a mobile device, hold a finger down on the image until you are shown an option to "Share" or "Add to Photos". Once saved, you can upload the image to your social account with a suggested caption. 

The files are labeled with the platforms they work best on. Square and horizontal graphics can be shared to social media feeds, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Vertical graphics can be posted as a reel or story to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
