Annual General Meetings

On March 26, 2019, the first ever Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Oakwood Vaughan Community Organization was held. Prior to the AGM, an interim board of directors was established to help get OVCO off the ground. 

The interim board filed for non-profit and charitable status, and engaged the community, undertaking advocacy efforts on behalf of Oakwood Vaughan. At the AGM, both the interim Chair and Treasurer of OVCO made reports, the organizational by-laws were adopted, and the OVCO board of directors for 2019-2020 was elected.
