Welcome to Outventure. By using this application, you agree to all terms listed below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.

1. Use of the Application

The application may only be used for lawful purposes and must not be misused for activities that harm other users or interfere with system operations.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. The developer reserves the right to disable accounts that violate these terms.

3. Premium Features

Premium access becomes active once payment is successfully processed and is non-refundable unless required by law. Misuse of premium access may result in suspension.

4. Data Collection

Data usage is governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the application, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with that policy.

5. User Content

You are responsible for all content you upload. The developer may remove content that is unlawful, harmful, or causes damage to others.

6. Outdoor Activities & User Risk

The application may provide information on hiking trails, location points, trip logs, and other outdoor-related features.

By using the application, you acknowledge that:

• All hiking, trekking, or outdoor exploration is done at your own personal risk.

• The developer is not responsible for accidents, injuries, getting lost, loss of property, device damage, or any other harm occurring during real-world physical activities.

• Location data, routes, or recommendations in the app may be inaccurate due to weather, environmental changes, or natural conditions.

• You are responsible for preparing yourself with adequate outdoor knowledge and following proper safety standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided “as is.” The developer does not guarantee:

• Complete accuracy of location data or trail conditions

• That the application will be free from interruptions, bugs, or technical failures

• Safety from actions taken by other users

The developer is not liable for any loss or damages arising from use of the application.

8. Changes to the Service

The developer may modify, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

9. Termination of Access

User access may be terminated if the user engages in violations or harmful actions within the application.

10. Updates to the Terms

These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of the application indicates acceptance of the latest version.

11. Governing Law

This document is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
