Section 4 Mentmore to Wing (5km 3.1 miles)
The guide includes two circular walks - Circular Walk 7 which is 11.5km (7.2miles) and Circular Walk 8 which is 9.1km (5.7miles).
This guide is best used in conjunction with our “Best Views in The Vale”. Please dress appropriately and walk safely using the Explorer Maps 181 and 192
