The first photo of this female was taken in Tortuguero, unfortunately not the best quality. Just shows that it's not all about having a good camera and lens. The monkey holding it has to know what to do with it.
The second photo was taken in the Arenal NP and is included without cropping just to give an indication of what can often be typical for bird sightings. Close enough to see what it is, too far to get a reasonable photo even with a decent telephoto lens.
