Recent history, readily applicable in terms of relation to author, Mr Frank Knight, had father Frank Knight. Both resided in Maryland later in life, both resided in Alabama early in life.

Knight Jr married his local and perhaps school sweetheart, in the area around the University. Knight Sr, married his mother, and later married again.
