Credentials

*** IMPORTANT: CREDENTIAL PICKUP IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO COMING ON-SITE***

You must pick up your credential at Bill Graham prior to going to Golden Gate Park. This is a festival security policy - Rock Med has no way to help you get credentials outside of these pickup hours and no way to get you into the venue without your credential. 

Credential Security / Discipline
Your credential is for you alone. You may not give/lend/sell your credential to ANYONE, nor may you use it to access the event for any reason other than to work your shift on the days which you have been confirmed.

Your wristband’s RFID band will work for the day(s) you are signed up for (and only those days). Please do not try to use your wristband to enter on days you are not working with Rock Medicine - the festival regularly has staff who misuse wristbands trespassed by SFPD, and this may result in removal from Rock Medicine.

Credential Pickup

Credential Pickup is at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium (99 Grove St) in Larkin Hall, on the east side of the building. Signs will direct you to the credential pickup area around BGC.

Please bring a form of identification (ID/License/Passport). You will not receive a credential without one.

Credentialing Hours
A word of advice, please give yourself enough time so you are not late to Call Time! During show days, there typically is a line to pick up credentials, and there are at most times only 3-5 people working credentials in the morning. It may take up to 30 min to recieve your credential. Plan ahead, please. 

We highly recommend picking up your credential on a day prior to your first OSL shift.
