She holds a PhD in Sociology (University of Warwick), an MA in Social and Political Thought (University of Warwick) and an MA in Social Psychology (Sofia University). Certified process consultant (Tavistock Institute). Group dynamics facilitator (International Business School). Her management experience includes serving on the Board of Directors of the British Sociological Association, on the management teams of the Animus Association and the Tavistock Institute, and on the Coordinators’ Assembly of La Strada International.
Social pedagogue, facilitator and a political journalist with a focus on democratic underpinnings of social change and human rights. With extensive experience in developing education, training and consulting programs for various organisations and institutions in Bulgaria and Europe. Member of Orion Grid's Ethics Review Board.
She holds a MA in Human Rights and Democratisation from Global Campus of Human Rights, Faculty of Social Studies, Masaryk University, Brno and a BA in International Relations from Sofia University. She works on projects and programmes in the field of human rights and civil society: women's rights, discrimination, violence prevention, LGBTI+ rights, empowerment of vulnerable groups, diversity and social inclusion. Founder of “Hire a project ninja”, a platform to connect project experts in different fields with institutions and organizations. Member of Orion Grid's Ethics Review Board.
Works in the field of cultural heritage, preservation of architectural monuments and spatial design. Beyond this he is involved in informal education, analysis, marketing and philosophy. Member of Orion Grid's Ethics Review Board.

She currently devotes her days to working for NGOs as a communications expert and her practice as a psychotherapist. She works individually with adults and children, and leads training and therapy groups. For the past 14 years she has maintained a personal blog called "Spontaneity and Creativity" on topics related to psychotherapy and personal development.
She got her first reporter job at the age of 16 and hasn't stopped working in and with media since. On her business cards over the years have stood positions such as "editor-in-chief", "program manager", "expert...". She says she has no ex-journalists and no ex-teachers, and she truly believes it's all about communication.
