Facilitating dialogue with the health sector to improve care for pregnant and childbearing women in Bulgaria. Between now and the end of 2026, Orion Grid is supporting the WOMANUP Foundation with the development of a theory of change for the project aimed at improving care for pregnant and postpartum women in Bulgaria. Our commitment also includes developing and piloting a training design for pregnant and birthing women and training the WOMANUP Foundation team to deliver follow-up trainings independently; developing a pre- and post-training evaluation survey for pregnant and birthing women; development of surveys to collect feedback from health care providers; support in the review and development of the final plan for improving hospital conditions; support in the dissemination and implementation process of the final plan for improving care.

"Methodology for Monitoring and Evaluation of Policies and Practices in Bulgaria on Domestic Violence and Gender-Based Violence", commissioned by Pulse Foundation. This is the first comprehensive systematic attempt to measure the framework and performance of the crystallizing system against domestic violence and gender-based violence in Bulgaria. Our aim, as with the pilot study report, is to convince stakeholders of the benefits so that a system of ongoing monitoring and periodic evaluation of this field can be introduced at the policy level and put into practice.
