The Optimal Health Course Format!  

Welcome to our transformative program, where lasting change is our priority. If your previous efforts haven't yielded the results you desire, it's time for something different.

It is 2 courses in 1: We understand that sustainable change requires a shift in beliefs, attitudes, and habits. That's why we offer a comprehensive program that is a combination of two courses in one.  Dr Swanston delivers a deep dive into human metabolism in her Health and Nutrition course, and once you understand how your body metabolises food for energy, you will have the power to change how you look in the mirror.  At the same time, Don explores why lifestyle strategies and habits are critical for optimal health.  The combination of these two courses is the reason the Optimal Health Program works.

8 weeks of FunIn just 8 weeks, investing a mere 10 hours of your time, you'll embark on a journey towards achieving your version of Optimal Health.   We use spaced learning, sticky principles and reflections as key learning tools.

Workshop: Each 8-week course commences with a 2-hour face-to-face workshop that sets the scene for the entire course. (We can arrange to do this via Zoom from anywhere in Australia if we can't meet you face-to-face).  During this enlightening and entertaining session, Dr Swanston and Don reintroduce you to the fundamental ideas and principles surrounding the key strategies that will shape your journey. It serves as a powerful catalyst, igniting your motivation and providing a solid foundation for the transformative process ahead. 

Weekly Zoom Session:  Every week we deliver a live 1-hour Zoom session where we delve deep into the key strategies for the week ahead. These sessions are recorded for your convenience and you can revisit them at any time.  These sessions foster an interactive environment where questions and ideas are welcomed, creating a dynamic space for collaboration and learning. 

Daily Activities:  Every day we deliver a short learning tool on the Social Media platform so you can effortlessly integrate these transformative practices into your daily routine. Each daily activity takes about 15 minutes to watch/read.  It's a manageable commitment that yields remarkable results, empowering you to make lasting changes.
