Description: More Info!
A GSOB Blitz is a community-powered effort to detect and map gold spotted oak borer (GSOB) infestations. With your help, we’ll survey oak trees
across Southern California to identify where this pest is spreading...and how bad the damage is. Even better? It’s a great way to learn, explore, and
connect with nature... while making a real impact.
− Survey oak trees in your community
− Learn to recognize GSOB signs and damage
− Collect data that helps scientists and managers take action
− Spend time outdoors while making a real impact
