Scout and Explorer bookings for our 2018 event are now full. Catcher bookings are still open.

The event is open to teams of Scouts and Explorers made up of no more than 6 people per team. The cost is £6 per person which covers transports, food, building hire and much more.

To secure your team's booking you will need to complete the relevant application form below and send it with full payment by 21st September 2018. Places are limited to a maximum of 80 Scout and Explorer teams (excluding catchers) and will be on a first come first served basis. Once that number is reached or the closing date passes (whichever is first) no more entries will be allowed. Membership numbers can be found on Compass by the individual, your AAC Secretary, GSL or DC.

Places are only confirmed after payment and when you receive a receipt from our Admin Team. Please note that we require In Touch contacts who are not involved in the event. We will also be asking on the day for all mobile numbers of those carrying phones as we do each year.
