Start by measuring and modeling a ruler. You can assemble it with a table in Onshape.
Import your assembly into Simscale, then create a new frequency analysis simulation.
Find the frequency that the ruler is actually vibrating. You can use Audacity to find the frequencies with a spectrogram (~85Hz and ~460Hz below), or try and match the pitch with your ear using a frequency generator.
View the results in Simscale. The "Eigenfrequencies" plot shows the different frequency vibrations for the different mode shapes. You can view the different shapes by changing the "time" option on the top toolbar.
