In "Plots" click on the eigenfrequency plot. The point with the lowest frequency is the base frequency.

You can use Audacity to find the frequencies with a spectrogram (~85Hz and ~460Hz below), or try and match the pitch with your ear using a frequency generator.
This frequency graph is generated from flicking the cup. You can see a peak at about 1100 Hz, the base frequency of the cup.
