The Four Pillars of Miss America mean so much more to me than just wearing the crown. These values shape who I am and what I stand for as a leader and role model in my community.
Scholarship reminds me of the importance of education and how it opens doors for me and others. It’s not just about personal achievement, but about using the opportunity to inspire others to chase their academic dreams. Service is the heart of what I do. It's about giving back, advocating for causes that matter to me, and making a real difference. Through service, I’ve learned the true power of connection and impact. Style isn’t just about how I look; it’s about owning who I am, embracing my confidence, and encouraging others to do the same. And Success means pushing past challenges, growing as a person, and setting an example for others to follow in their own journeys.
One of the most meaningful parts of this experience is Sisterhood. The relationships I’ve built with other women through this journey are priceless. We support and uplift each other, share our triumphs and struggles, and celebrate one another’s successes. It’s a bond that goes beyond competition, and it's something I’ll carry with me forever.
Being a Miss America local title holder isn’t just about the crown—it’s about the opportunity to lead, inspire, and create change. The Four Pillars and the sisterhood that comes with it have shaped me into someone who is driven to make a positive impact and encourage others to do the same.
As a local titleholder, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to not only represent my community but also become a brand ambassador. Through this role, I’ve been able to dive into social media marketing, learning how to effectively use platforms to connect with my audience, promote my personal brand, and highlight important causes, like my Community Service Initiative (Without Clean Water There is No Life).
One of the most valuable experiences I have had on this journey was at work weekend this spring. The Miss NC teen board taught us essential tips and strategies on how to step into the role of a brand ambassador.
By creating engaging content, sharing my journey, and collaborating with local businesses and organizations, I’ve learned how to amplify the impact of my CSI and inspire others to get involved. Social media has allowed me to raise awareness, build relationships, and drive positive change in a way that’s both impactful and authentic. It’s been such a rewarding experience to use these tools to make a difference and strengthen my community!
As a local titleholder, I’m proud to support the Miss America partnership with the American Heart Association (AHA). This collaboration is so close to my heart because it focuses on raising awareness for women's heart health and directly contributes to scholarships that help women like me pursue our dreams.
Through my social media campaign, "Take Action Tuesday: A Healthy Heart Leads to a Healthy Life," I’ve been able to showcase how I stay #MissAmericaFit and how heart health plays a key role in living a long and healthy life. Each week, I post about being heart healthy and I have highlighted who I "go red for." I've also had the chance to feature other local titleholders who share their personal stories and encourage others to take action for their health as well.
Every donation made through my Spot Fund goes toward supporting this vital cause—funding heart health initiatives for women and providing scholarships that empower young women to achieve their educational goals. Your support not only raises awareness about heart disease but also helps us continue to make a difference in our communities.
