July 16 - full rehearsal 6-8pm
July 23 - full rehearsal 6-8pm
July 29-Aug 3 - full band camp (times to be announced
Aug 3 - Band Exhibition 7pm

October 5 - Capitol City Marching Competition - Lincoln Seacrest Field
October 12 - Elkhorn Sounds of Excellence Marching Competition - Elkhorn High School
October 19 - Omaha Marching Invitational - Omaha Burke High School
October 26 - NSBA State Marching Competition - site TBA

ABOUT THE MARCHING BAND...

The Marching Eagles blend elements of sight and sound into a musical production using the halftime show as its medium. The three components of the group are:

Winds (brass and woodwinds)
Percussion (battery and auxiliary)
Colorguard (Flags, rifles, other auxiliary equipment)

Our purpose is create and perform a production with a high degree of precision and musicality. This group actively pursues excellence in every facet of performance. In competition the Marching Eagles are critiqued in the areas of:

Music Performance (Individual and Ensemble)
Music General Effect
Visual Performance (Individual and Ensemble)
Visual General Effect

The Marching Eagles perform regularly at all home football games and competes regionally through the month of October. Marching Band rehearses daily at 7:30am and on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00-8:00pm.
