Eligible Remedial Massage treatments may be claimable through HICAPS, depending on your health fund and policy.

If your cover is eligible, we can process your claim on the spot, with any applicable gap payable at the time of treatment.

Please note that HCF claims are not currently accepted at our clinic.

Yes, if your health fund and policy provide cover for remedial massage and the treatment is eligible under your cover. Your individual benefits and limits depend on your health fund and policy. 

If your health fund supports on-the-spot claiming and your membership is eligible, we can process the claim through our participating HICAPS terminal. You will generally only pay the remaining gap after the benefit is applied.

A declined transaction does not necessarily mean there is a problem with the clinic. The final decision about whether a benefit can be paid is made by your health fund based on your individual policy and claim details.

In many cases, yes. You can pay for the treatment and submit the receipt to your health fund for assessment, subject to your policy.

We recommend checking directly with your health fund before treatment. You can ask whether your policy covers Remedial Massage, whether you have served any applicable waiting period, and how much of your annual benefit remains. 

Not necessarily. Having private health insurance does not automatically mean every massage is claimable. Your specific Extras policy must include the relevant service, and other conditions may apply.
