Postnatal Massage is designed to provide calm, supportive care during the postnatal period, helping you reconnect with your body while easing everyday muscular tension and physical fatigue.
Each treatment is adapted to your stage of recovery, comfort and individual needs. We take a gentle approach, particularly around the abdomen and C-section area, and your treatment will never be rushed or forced.
Depending on your needs and stage of recovery, your treatment may incorporate:
Gentle Swedish Massage
To encourage relaxation and ease general muscular tension.
Lymphatic-inspired gentle techniques
Light, rhythmic movements may be incorporated where appropriate to support a feeling of comfort and ease.
Warm Stone Therapy
Warm stones may be incorporated to provide soothing warmth and relaxation when suitable.
Gentle abdominal and postural support work
Where appropriate and comfortable, gentle work around surrounding areas may be included. We do not massage directly over a healing C-section incision.
60 Minutes — Focused Care | $150
Ideal when you have one or two priority areas you would like us to focus on, such as the neck and shoulders, upper or lower back, hips, or areas of general muscular tension.
A 60-minute treatment is not a full-body treatment. We keep the session focused so that your priority areas receive the time and attention they need.
90 Minutes — Extended Focus | $220
Our 90-minute treatment allows more time to work on several key areas.
It is ideal if you would like focused work across the back, shoulders, neck and hips, with additional time for relaxation and gentle restorative techniques.
This is still a focused treatment rather than a complete head-to-toe full-body session.
120 Minutes — Full Body | $290
Our 2-hour Postnatal Massage is the most comprehensive option and is designed for clients who would like a head-to-toe full-body experience.
With additional time available, we can move gradually through the body — including the back, shoulders, neck, arms, hips, legs and feet — while allowing enough time for gentle, restorative work and deep relaxation.
This longer session is particularly suitable when you feel that your whole body needs attention rather than having one specific area of concern.
Your body can continue to change throughout the postnatal period. We therefore adjust positioning, pressure and techniques according to how you are feeling on the day.
If you have recently given birth, had a C-section, experienced complications, or have any concerns about your recovery, please speak with your GP or healthcare provider before booking.
Please let us know about your birth, recovery and any relevant health concerns when making your appointment so we can tailor your treatment appropriately.
You don't need to push through discomfort. This is your time to slow down, breathe and be cared for.
