CANCELLATION POLICY

When you make a reservation, we make sure that a room is prepared and a therapist is available. If you do need to cancel your appointment,

Please allow 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid extra charges. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur 50% of total cost. Cancellation less than 12 hours or no show will incur a 100% charge. The information of valid debit/credit card or gift voucher number is required at the time of booking.

(and we like to think we are reasonable in some other circumstances!)

LATE ARRIVAL

Your late arrival does not change the fact that I need to end the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter. See the Cancelling /Rescheduling policy if decided.

15 minutes late will considered as a NO-SHOW, See a NO-SHOWING policy below

CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING

We require a minimum of 12 hours

notice for Cancellation, the client will be billed 1/2 the session of total fee.

NO-SHOW

Anyone who either forgets or whatever the reason will be considered a no-show. All No-Show clients will be billed the full session fee, and future service will be denied until payment is made.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time.

We have reserved this time FOR YOU and have other people scheduled after YOUR TIME.

Massage Session Information

Olivia Massage Doreen ’s deeply revitalising, relaxing experiences encompass muscle, mind, heart & spirit for height quality and safety of the massage  we require 1hr & 30 mins plus an initial consult of around 15mins free in your very first session.

*Appointments may be rescheduled for our optimisation.

No Shows/Cancellation Policy:

*Credit card requires to Secure your spot(without it, your appointment will be automatic cancelled) 

1. We requires a minimum of 12 hours notice for Cancelation or the FULL session booked will be charged.

2. The client will arrive ready for the session unimpaired by substances (alcohol, drugs, etc), free of open wounds and in good hygiene. The session will be cancelled if these conditions are not met and the FULL session fee will be charged.

3. First time client will get email from our system to fill out the intake form before you show up. Please check you junk mail if you not see it.
