Terms and Conditions Booking Policy 

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following booking policies:

Booking Deposit:

• All bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling. This deposit secures your appointment and is applied towards your total service cost.

• The deposit can be paid via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy:

• We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Illness Policy:

• If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible and cancel your appointment to ensure the health and safety of our staff and other clients.

• In the case of illness, we require a doctor’s certificate to be provided within 7 days of the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund of your deposit or to reschedule without penalty.

No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, the treatment time may be shortened to avoid inconvenience to the next client. The full service fee will still apply.

Special Considerations:

If you have any special medical conditions or requirements, please inform us at the time of booking so we can best prepare for your visit.
