How to massage

If you are a first-time visitor to Olivia Massage Doreen, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire covering medical history. This is for your safety, and to allow us to best tailor your treatment to your need. All appointment times include a full consultation and aftercare advice. 

Please avoid alcohol prior to any treatment. Please book all treatments in advance.

Most of the treatments we provide require the application of plant organic oil. This can be aromatic or order-less (your choice). You should remove clothing to a level with which you are comfortable. You are encouraged to leave your underwear on, and if you are concerned about getting oil on your underwear we can provide a disposable pair as standard. In any case, you'll be covered at all times with a towel from upper thigh to waist

To keep our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilised and sanitised after each service and massage. We always use clean sets of blanket, Bed sheet and and pillow case for each and every clients. 

Each massage or service you receive not includes up to 15 minutes of consultation Arrival & Appointment Policy

To ensure each client receives appropriate consultation and professional care, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows sufficient time to complete any necessary consultation and preparation before your treatment begins.

Please note that time required for preparation and dressing is not included in the treatment duration.

All sessions are provided as individual treatments only, allowing the practitioner to focus fully on each client's therapeutic needs.

As a professional remedial practice, all appointments are scheduled strictly in advance. Walk-ins are not available.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a calm, professional, and therapeutic environment for all clients.

Although we offer relaxing experiences for expectant mothers, our treatments are not suitable for women in the first 12 weeks of their pregnancy.

We have specially designed treatments for mothers to be.  in case you are more than 3 months pregnant, Please allow the massage a concierge to guide you in selecting suitable treatments during this special time.
