Adoption fees are $150 per cat/kitten or $200 for a pair.
With very few (behavioral or medical) exceptions, we do NOT adopt out to only pet homes, and highly encourage that kittens are adopted pairs. Cats greatly benefit from a having another cat, allowing them to play, cuddle, and enjoy their wild side. Having another kitten around will help with a kittens development, as cats will teach each other good habits. Additionally, when raised alone kitten's develop single kitten syndrome, which manifests in depression, destructive behaviors, and even aggression.
We do not do same day adoptions. Adopting a cat or kitten is a very big deal, as they will likely be with you for 15-20 years or longer. We don't want anyone to make that kind of decision on impulse, and require that you think about this decision for at least 24 hours before committing.
We do not adopt out until kittens are at least 12 weeks old. They need this time to learn "how to cat" from both their mother and siblings.
"Available" means that we are taking reservations for all posted cats and kittens, but they may be a few weeks out from adoption

Get to know us! We will be delighted to provide any information, pictures, or videos that you want. We would also be happy to introduce you to the kittens via video call. Unfortunately, we do not typically allow people to our home to meet cats, but will be happy to provide a virtual meeting and as many pictures, videos, and information as you can handle.
We will work together to help you choose the perfect kitten(s) for your home and family.
Our goal is to find both the perfect forever home for each cat/kitten and the perfect kitty for you.
Individual cats can have wildly different temperaments from each other, and, as temperament is a key factor as to how a cat does in any given home, most of how we match cats/kittens to homes is based on their temperament, the temperament you are looking for, and what their home life would look like
This means that even if a cat/kitten has the ideal physical charastics (age, color, gender, etc.) they might not be a good fit.
That being said, we absolutely take into consideration what physical characteristics you are looking for... we totally understand appearance can be a big part of the perfect cat!

Scent Swapping: after a couple days, start swapping if the newcomer gets to explore the house or is locked up, and have the resident pets in the newcomers room during this time. This allows everyone to get to know each other a bit without having to actually meet face to face.
Start with short supervised sessions together, and gradually increase the time as they feel more comfortable.
Do you offer a health guarantee?
We can only guarantee health up until 72 hours following adoption
Past 72 hours, it is impossible to know if any illness contracted came from our facility or was contracted after adoption
Because we are a rescue facility, many of our cats and kittens come from bad backgrounds and/or we don't know their full background. This means that it is not impossible that there is some underlying factor we cannot detect.
We do our very best to ensure the health of our cats and kittens... all receive age appropriate vaccinations, a course of dewormer, are spayed/neutered, and receive any extraneous vet care additionally needed during their time with us. Everyone also goes home with a clean bill of health from the vet.
In the event that you are adopting any cat/kitten that has a chronic condition we will fully explain it and any potential consequences and ensure that you will be completely prepared to deal with it.
What if the adoption doesn't work out or I can't keep my new cat/kitten?
We ask that you give your new kitty time to acclimate... it is the nature of cats to initially be shy and unsure of new surroundings.
If you feel your new kitty is not working out, PLEASE talk with us... we will always be happy to help them adjust or find a better suited home.
