Governor David Walters

David Walters served as the 24th Governor of Oklahoma from 1991 to 1995. Walters is a graduate of both Harvard University and the University of Oklahoma. Walters won 75 of 77 counties in his 1990 campaign and during his time as Governor helped increase education spending.
