Communication Lab: The Maggie Morrison Communication Lab (Fremont Campus) offers one-on-one assistance and guidance as well as other resources to help you prepare for oral presentations and projects for communication courses. Note about Degrees & Certificates: Earning an associate degree or certificate from Ohlone can increase your likelihood of getting hired for a new job, increase your earning potential as an employee, and decrease your chance of being unemployed. Ohlone has almost 200 associate degrees and certificates from which you can choose ranging from Certificates of Accomplishment (7+ units) to an Associate in Arts or Associate in Science with 60+ units. Emergency Procedures & Preparedness: There are many things that may occur during a class or a semester. It is important to stay alert and be aware of your surroundings. If you see something, say something. We are all responsible for safety, and this may include fire, floods, natural disasters and anything outside of normal operations. If you are on campus at night, find a buddy, never walk alone to your vehicle or around campus after hours. Know your emergency exits, phone numbers for emergency contacts and be prepared.
